I was enrolled in the Pre-Nursing Program at TCTC. This program has benefitted me greatly, and the knowledge I’ve obtained from this class will help me pursue my future dreams.
This slideshow (below) includes pictures from my Pre-Nursing lab throughout the past two years.

During our junior year in our Pre-Nursing lab, we received our CPR and First Aid Certification. This slideshow shows an image of some classmates and I (second from the left) practicing our compressions during the training course. It also has a picture of my CPR card. (Left)

In lab, we invited the preschoolers to join us in a fun day of learning about the body. This is an image of a student learning how to perform hair care. I really enjoyed teaching the kids about nursing.
This is a picture of my Pre-Nursing class as we all received our State Tested Nurse’s Aide certificates. This accomplishment put me one step closer to reaching my end goal of becoming a registered nurse.
This photo was taken when our lab’s amazing mail man retired. Joe (Center) has been our mailman throughout the school year. We are so grateful for Joe’s hard work, and he will be deeply missed!
